Registration for the Substellar Astrophysics Conference will be handled by the company Enanaga. You will receive instructions very soon from Dr. Jerry Zhang representing the company. See below his contact information:

Once your registration is completed, we will provide your details to Hotel El Montico so that you can proceed with booking your room using the Substellar group discount.

If you do not need accommodation at Hotel El Montico, please inform us as soon as possible.

A list of participants will be published on the conference website. If you do not wish your name to be included, please let us know.

The early-bird participation fee is 300 euros for on-site participants (400 EUR after the deadline), 50 EUR for the online participation, and 100 EUR for an accompanying person. The registration fee covers conference materials, the welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, and a conference dinner.

The registration fee will also be fully reimbursed for participants who request cancellation by April 20 at the latest due to the unavailability of suitable accommodation.

Preregistration

By completing the form and submitting an abstract, you indicate your interest in attending the conference. Due to the venue's limited capacity, the organizers reserve the right to select attendees based on proposed contributions.

Preregistration opens on December 10 and it will close on February 15.

Selected participants will be notified by March 1, at which time information regarding the final registration and fee payment will be provided. The regular conference fee is expected to be 300 EUR (late registration fee 400 EUR).
